Background

This contract aims to assist USAO-TXE in fulfilling its mission as the principal litigators under the direction of the Attorney General. The anticipated award date is in March 2026.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide Grand Jury and/or Deposition Court Reporting Services for the USAO-TXE. Key requirements include:
- Minimum of one (1) court reporter per location, with a maximum of ten (10) cleared through security per location.
- Minimum of one (1) videographer per location, with a maximum of four (4) cleared through security per location.
- The Grand Jury typically meets at the U.S. Courthouse Annex in Sherman, Texas, one week a month, specifically on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during their meeting week.
- Deposition sessions generally last about 8 hours and are scheduled irregularly. The Contractor must provide all necessary labor, supervision, and transportation for these services.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations including Beaumont and Sherman, Texas.
