Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Grand Jury Court Reporting Services (commercial items) for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Middle District of Pennsylvania, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition is being conducted as a Woman-Owned Small Business Set-Aside.

Work Details
The work includes providing Grand Jury Court Reporting Services for the U.S. Attorney's Office, Middle District of PA (Williamsport). The services include providing court reporters for various types of transcripts such as 10 Business Day Transcript, Next Business Day Transcript, Same Business Day Transcript, Additional Copies, Exhibit Copies, USAfx Transcript Submission, Attendance Fee, Cancellation Fee, and Travel per Federal Travel Regulation (FTR). The contractor is required to submit invoices with specific details including date service was performed, location service was performed, attorney’s name, grand jury number, name of witness, number of pages, cost per page, associated CLIN numbers, rates matching task order CLINs, IDIQ number, task order number and work order number.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base period is from 09/12/2024 to 09/11/2025. There is also an option period from 09/12/2025 to 09/11/2026.

The place of performance is Grand Jury in Williamsport.
