Grand Jury Court Reporting Services for the United States Attorney's Office (USAO), Southern District of New York

Background
The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (USAO-NYS). The purpose of this contract is to provide Grand Jury and/or deposition court reporting services, which are essential for the USAO-NYS to fulfill its mission as the principal litigators of the nation under the direction of the Attorney General.

The anticipated award date for this contract is August 2025.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Grand Jury and/or deposition court reporting services, including but not limited to:
- Providing a minimum of three (3) court reporters per location, with a maximum of ten (10) cleared through security per location.
- Providing a minimum of two (2) videographers per location, with a maximum of four (4) cleared through security per location.
- Services will be required at various locations including 40 Foley Square, NYC; 500 Pearl Street, NYC; and 300 Quarropas Street, White Plains.
- Grand Jury sessions typically occur weekly with varying schedules: one session meets every Monday and Wednesday; another meets Tuesday and Thursday; and some sessions occur daily from Monday to Friday, lasting about 8 hours each.

Depositions do not have a regular schedule but generally last about 6 hours. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, supervision, and transportation for these services.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in New York City and White Plains.
