The United States Attorney's Office (USAO) for the Central District of California is seeking to procure Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services. The primary mission of the USAO is to represent the United States in legal matters, ensuring justice and upholding the law. This contract aims to provide essential court reporting services that support the legal processes within the district.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing various court reporting services, including but not limited to:
- Regular Transcripts (1,500 pages)
- Intermediate Transcripts (300 pages)
- Rush Transcripts (300 pages)
- Daily Transcripts (200 pages)
- Expedited Transcripts (294 pages)
- Condensed Transcripts (23 pages)
- Key Word Indexing (22 instances)
- Additional Copies (200 copies)
- Exhibit Copies (102 copies)
- CD-Rs (100 units)
- Attendance Fees (400 hours)
- Cancellation Fees (10 instances)
- Electronic Transcripts (2 instances). Additionally, services will include transcription provided with regular and expedited delivery, as well as various copy services in black and white and color. The contractor must also provide video setup, taping services during regular and off hours, and editing services as required.

Period of Performance
The contract period is set from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, with four option years available for renewal.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations designated by the U.S. Attorneys Office in Los Angeles, California.
