The United States Attorney's Office (USAO) for the Middle District of Florida is seeking to procure Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services. The mission of the USAO is to enforce federal laws and represent the interests of the United States in legal matters. This contract aims to provide essential court reporting services to support the USAO's operations, ensuring accurate and timely transcription of legal proceedings.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and facilities necessary to record and transcribe Grand Jury and Deposition testimony on an 'as needed' basis. Key requirements include:
- Minimum of four (4) court reporters per location, with a maximum of six (6).
- Minimum of one (1) videographer per location.
- All personnel must be cleared for access to Grand Jury materials.
- Transcripts must be delivered within specified turnaround times:
- Regular transcripts within 10 business days,
- Intermediate transcripts within 5 business days,
- Daily transcripts by 9:30 AM the next business day,
- Expedited transcripts by 9:00 PM on the same day.
- The contractor is responsible for providing real-time court reporting services without reliance on recordings.
- Additional services include keyword indexing, attendance fees for reporters and videographers, cancellation fees, and travel expenses as applicable under Federal Travel Regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, with four one-year options extending through March 31, 2031.
