Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services for the United States Attorney's Office (USAO), District of Eastern Virginia

Background
The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia (USAO-VAE). The purpose of this contract is to provide Grand Jury and/or deposition court reporting services, which are essential for the USAO-VAE to fulfill its mission as the principal litigators under the direction of the Attorney General.

The anticipated award date for this contract is September 2025.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Grand Jury and/or Deposition Court Reporting Services for the USAO in the District of Eastern Virginia. Key requirements include:
1. Providing a minimum of five (5) court reporters per location, with a maximum of ten (10) cleared through security.
2. Providing one (1) videographer per location, with a maximum of one (1) cleared through security.
3. The Grand Jury typically meets at the Albert V. Bryan U.S. Courthouse in Alexandria, VA, three weeks a month on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:30 AM to 4 PM.
4. Depositions do not have a regular schedule but generally last about 8 hours each session.
5. The contractor must supply all necessary labor, supervision, and transportation to fulfill these services.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from September 30, 2025, to September 29, 2030.
