Description

Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services for the United States Attorney's Office (USAO), Southern District of Florida.

Background
The United States Attorney's Office (USAO) for the Southern District of Florida is seeking to procure Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services. The goal of this contract is to provide accurate and timely court reporting services to support the legal proceedings of the USAO. This contract will be structured as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Time and Materials (T&M) pricing structure, allowing for flexibility in service delivery over the contract period.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide various court reporting services, including:
1. Regular Transcripts: 25,000 pages for Grand Jury proceedings, delivered within 10 business days after testimony.
2. Intermediate Transcripts: 800 pages, delivered within 5 business days.
3. Daily Transcripts: 450 pages, delivered by 9:30 AM the next business day.
4. Expedited Transcripts: 300 pages, delivered by 9:00 PM on the same day.
5. Condensed Transcripts: 400 pages, formatted to fit four original transcript pages on a single page, delivered within the same timeframe as original transcripts.
6. Key Word Indexing: 400 entries providing an alphabetical listing of words with page references.
7. Additional Copies and Exhibit Copies as needed.
8. Videographer Attendance Fee for recording proceedings.
9. Attendance Fees for court reporters and videographers based on hours worked.
10. Cancellation Fees for any last-minute cancellations of scheduled services.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with four additional option years extending through September 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at locations designated by the USAO in the Southern District of Florida.
