Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services for the United States Attorney's Office (USAO), District of South Dakota

Background
The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) is issuing a solicitation on behalf of the United States Attorney’s Office, District of South Dakota (USAO-SD). The purpose of this contract is to provide Grand Jury and/or deposition court reporting services, which are essential for the USAO-SD to fulfill its mission as the principal litigators under the direction of the Attorney General. The anticipated award date for this contract is September 2025.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Grand Jury and/or Deposition Court Reporting Services for the USAO in the District of South Dakota. The services include:

1. Providing labor, supervision, and transportation necessary for court reporting services.
2. Minimum requirement of one (1) court reporter per location with a maximum of three (3) per location cleared through security.
3. No videographers are required.
4. Grand Jury sessions in Rapid City occur once a month, typically lasting about 6 hours; Pierre sessions occur ten times a year; Aberdeen sessions are scheduled twice a year.
5. Depositions are scheduled as needed, generally lasting about 2 hours each.
6. Locations include:
- Grand Jury: Andrew W. Bogue Federal Building, 515 Ninth Street, Rapid City, SD 57701;
- 225 South Pierre Street, Pierre, SD 57501;
- 102 Fourth Avenue S.E., Room 408, Aberdeen, SD 57402.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from September 30, 2025 to September 29, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations in South Dakota including Rapid City, Pierre, and Aberdeen.
