Background
The United States Attorney's Office (USAO) for the Middle District of Florida is seeking to procure Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure accurate and timely transcription of court proceedings, which is essential for legal processes and documentation.

This contract will be executed under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) framework, allowing for flexibility in service requests over the contract period.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and facilities necessary to record and transcribe Grand Jury and Deposition testimony on an 'as needed' basis. Specific tasks include:
1. Scheduling attendance at Grand Jury sessions with a minimum notice of one business day.
2. Delivering original transcripts within specified turnaround times: Regular transcripts within 10 business days; Intermediate transcripts within 5 business days; Daily transcripts by 9:30 AM the following day; Expedited transcripts by 9:00 PM on the same day.
3. Providing condensed transcripts that summarize multiple pages into a single page format.
4. Offering keyword indexing services for easy reference in transcripts.
5. Ensuring that all personnel have appropriate security clearance to access Grand Jury materials.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year from September 21, 2025, through September 20, 2026, with four one-year options extending through September 20, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed at the United States Federal Court House located at 801 North Tampa Ave., Tampa, FL 33602.
