Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services for the United States Attorney's Office (USAO), District of Oklahoma Western

Background
The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) on behalf of the United States Attorney’s Office, Western District of Oklahoma (USAO-OKW), is planning to award a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for grand jury and/or deposition court reporting services.

This contract aims to support the mission of the United States Attorneys, who serve as principal litigators under the direction of the Attorney General. The anticipated award date is June 2025.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Grand Jury and/or Deposition Court Reporting Services for the USAO in the Western District of Oklahoma. Key requirements include:
- Minimum of two (2) court reporters and videographers per location, with a maximum of four (4).
- Grand Jury sessions typically occur twice a month on the first and third Tuesday, lasting about 10 hours each.
- Depositions do not have a regular schedule but generally last about 6 hours.
- The contractor must provide all necessary labor, supervision, and transportation for these services.
- Locations include the Western District of Oklahoma Federal Courthouse at 200 N.W 4th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73102, and various locations for depositions as determined by work orders.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance will be at the U.S. Attorneys Office Western District of Oklahoma located at 210 Park Avenue, Suite 400, Oklahoma City, OK 73102.
