The United States Attorney's Office (USAO) for the Northern District of Iowa is seeking to procure Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services. The contract aims to support the agency's mission by providing accurate and timely court reporting services for legal proceedings, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services, which include:

1. Regular Transcripts: 6,500 pages for Grand Jury sessions.
2. Intermediate Transcripts: 200 pages for Grand Jury sessions.
3. Daily Transcripts: 200 pages for Grand Jury sessions.
4. Expedited Transcripts: 200 pages for Grand Jury sessions.
5. Condensed Transcripts: To be delivered in reduced format on a single page as ordered.
6. Key Word Indexing: An alphabetical listing of each word within the transcript with page and line references.
7. Additional Copies of Transcripts: To be provided as ordered within the same turnaround times as original transcripts.
8. Videographer Attendance Fee: Charged per hour for scheduled proceedings, with a minimum charge of three hours per day.
9. Attendance Fee: Charged per hour for each hour the reporter appears at a scheduled proceeding, with a minimum charge of three hours per day.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a base year from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026, with four one-year options extending through April 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the U.S Attorney's Office located at 111 Seventh Avenue SE, Box #1, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401.
