Background
The contract is for Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services for the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) for the Middle District of Florida (Jacksonville). The period of performance includes a base year from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023, with four one-year options. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Time and Material (T&M) contract type. The Department of Labor wage rates are applicable, and the contractor shall provide a minimum number of required court reporters and videographers.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all labor, material, equipment, facilities, and other necessary resources to record and transcribe Grand Jury and Deposition testimony on an 'as needed' basis for the USAO. The contractor must also schedule Grand Jury transcripts, provide original transcripts within specified turnaround times, and ensure that all transcripts contain specific information such as witness name, date, time of the proceeding, attorney details, and case number.
Additionally, the contractor must adhere to specific requirements for attendance at Grand Jury sessions and deposition proceedings.
