Grand Canyon- LNG Fuel Supply

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the supply of Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) to support operations at Grand Canyon National Park (GRCA).
The goal of this contract is to provide LNG for use in the park's compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicle fleet, which includes government-owned transit and tour buses.
This contract aims to ensure a reliable fuel supply while enabling billing for fuel used by concessioners and other approved entities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) to the Grand Canyon LNG Fueling Station located on Shuttle Bus Road at the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park.
The estimated quantity required is approximately 100,000 gallons of LNG, with deliveries projected as follows:
- October 1 - November 30: Approximately one delivery of 10,000 gallons every 7-9 days.
- December 1 - February 28: Approximately one delivery of 10,000 gallons every 10-14 days.
The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for the delivery and transfer of LNG.
Deliveries are to be made FOB Destination and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Invoicing will occur monthly via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), detailing all fuel delivered during the previous month.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from November 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the Grand Canyon LNG Fueling Station located on Shuttle Bus Road at the South Rim, Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona.
