Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for the fabrication of GPS Patch Antenna Elements in accordance with the attached combined solicitation synopsis document.

*NOTE This requirement contains drawings and parts lists that are designated as Distribution Statement D/Export Controlled. Distribution is authorized to the Department of Defense (DoD) and United States DoD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Only offerors with an active registration in JCP will be provided access to the technical specification drawings.

In order to obtain access to the drawings, the offeror's JCP Custodian shall email Hannah.l.murphy7.civ@us.navy.mil. Email subject shall be N6660425Q0086 Drawing Request and email body shall contain copy of the company's DD2345 as an attachment. The request must be sent by the JCP Custodian; the drawings and parts lists will not be provided to any other points of contact. Once JCP certification and JCP custodian are confirmed, the Drawings will be sent to the JCP Custodian via DoD SAF

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is issuing a solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract aimed at the fabrication of GPS Patch Antenna Elements. This requirement is unrestricted and aligns with the mission of NUWCDIVNPT to support the Department of Defense (DoD).

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
- CLIN 0001: First Article GPS Patch Antenna Element manufactured according to drawing #06789088 and supplemented with redline drawing #PS06789088 Rev(-) Mod 01.
- CLIN 0002: GPS Patch Antenna Elements manufactured according to drawing #06789088 and supplemented with redline drawing #PS06789088 Rev(-) Mod 01.
- CLIN 0003: Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) Not Separately Priced (NSP).

Offerors who have manufactured these elements within the last three years may request a waiver from producing the First Article. The minimum guarantee for this requirement is nine units of GPS Patch Antenna Elements, with a contract ceiling based on quoted pricing for 55 units. Delivery shall be FOB destination to NUWCDIVNPT, Newport RI.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for a period of five years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Delivery will take place at NUWCDIVNPT, Newport, Rhode Island.
