The purpose of this procurement is to obtain services from a vendor that can provide technical services that assist the Department of Education's (Department) Office of Finance and Operations (OFO), Office of the Deputy Secretary (ODS), and Federal Student Aid (FSA) in complying with the Government Performance and Results Modernization Act of 2010, the Higher Education Act of 1965, and related Office of Management and Budget (OMB) circulars. The contractor shall utilize Department-provided content to support the Department's performance and data reporting and related informational publication activities.
