Work Details
The GSA seeks to lease a warehouse space with the following specifications: Minimum ABOA (Usable) square footage of 1,000 and a maximum of 3,000.

The delineated area for the warehouse includes:
- North: Belt Parkway/Rockaway Blvd
- South: Jamaica Bay
- West: Lefferts Blvd/Belt Parkway
- East: Rockaway Blvd/147th Ave/Brookville Blvd.

The space must accommodate storage for two vehicles, each measuring 18'19" in length, 6'9" in width, and 6'6" in height, requiring a minimum clearance of 6'8". The vehicles weigh approximately 10,500 lbs each, and if parked side by side, their combined weight should not exceed 22,000 lbs. Additionally, the facility must provide 24/7 access and meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic standards, and sustainability. A fully serviced lease is required, and the offered space must not be located in a floodplain with a 1-percent-annual chance of flooding.

Period of Performance
The full term of the lease is 15 years with a firm term of 10 years.
