Government Owned Contractor Operated Services in Germany and Italy   2

Background
The Contractor shall provide ground fuel services in support of Army Bases in Germany and Italy. These services include operation and maintenance of government fixed ground fuel facilities located at various locations in Germany and Italy. Ground fuel services encompass the receipt, storage, and dispensing of ground fuel products to tenant and visiting commands.

Work Details
The services to be furnished during the period specified herein and the unit prices are as follows: The Contractor shall provide ground fuel services in support of Army Bases in Germany. These services include operation and maintenance of government fixed ground fuel facilities located at various locations in Germany. Ground fuel services encompass the receipt, storage, and dispensing of ground fuel products to tenant and visiting commands at the above locations.
The Contractor shall operate and maintain government-owned bulk fuel facilities as per the Performance Work Statement, Section C, for the specified periods. The offered price should include all costs associated with operating and maintaining government-owned bulk fuel facilities. The place(s) of performance include Grafenwoehr, Vilseck, Hohenfels, Illesheim, Katterbach, Garmisch in Germany.
The Contractor shall also provide ground fuel services in support of Army Bases in Italy. These services include operation and maintenance of government fixed ground fuel facilities located at Vicenza, Camp Darby (Livorno), and Camp Del Din in Italy. Ground fuel services encompass the receipt, storage, and dispensing of ground fuel products to tenant and visiting commands at the above locations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for each location is specified separately: November 01, 2024, through October 31, 2028 for CLIN 0001; November 01, 2028, through October 31, 2033 for CLIN 0002.

Germany East: Grafenwoehr (Retail, Bulk and Cold Refueling), Vilseck (Retail and Bulk), Hohenfels (Bulk, Retail and Cold Refueling), Illesheim (Hot and Cold Refueling and Bulk), Katterbach (Retail, Hot & Cold Refueling and Bulk), Garmish (Retail).
Germany West: Baumholder (Bulk and Retail), Baumholder-Smith Barracks (Retail), Landstuhl (Retail), Kaiserslautern-Daenner (Retail), Kaiserslautern Army Depot (KAD)(Retail), Kaiserslautern-Rhine Ordinance Barracks (ROB)(Retail), Miesau (Retail), Sembach Kaserne (Retail), Wiesbaden Clay Kaserne (Cold Refueling and Bulk), Germersheim (Retail), Panzer Kaserne (Retail), Kelley Barracks (Retail).
