UPDATE June 1, 2026: The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Request for Proposal (RFP) W519TC26RA020 is to extend the due date for receipt of industry questions in response to the Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Army Ammunition Plant (AAP) Design, Build, and Commissioning Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) RFP W519TC26RA020 from 1500 CST on May 29, 2026 to 1700 CST on June 3, 2026. The June 22, 2026 proposal due date remains unchanged, along with all other terms and conditions of the RFP. ORIGINAL RELEASE May 21, 2026: The Government hereby releases its Request For Proposal (RFP) in Support of the Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Army Ammunition Plant (AAP) Design, Build, and Commissioning Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support ongoing Organic Industrial Base (OIB) modernization, operations, and maintenance requirements. Please note that proposals are due no later than (NLT) 1:00pm Central Standard Time (CST) on June 22, 2026. Questions related to this solicitation shall be submitted NLT than 3:00pm CST on May 29, 2026 to the Points of Contact (POC) listed below. Any questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. Background
The Government is issuing a Request For Proposal (RFP) for a Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Army Ammunition Plant (AAP) Design, Build, and Commissioning Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).
