In reference to the upcoming solicitation for the NSA Souda Bay Fuel Management Services, DLA-E has scheduled a Pre-Proposal Conference, in conjunction with the site visit, will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 commencing at 8:30 AM at:

All attendees must provide by email to the Contract Specialist, Wing Yi Wong, at wing.wong@dla.mil, on or before 3p.m. (US Eastern Time), April 21, 2022, the name(s) and company represented, of the individual(s) who plan to attend. In addition, foreign nationals must provide a copy of their passport ID ( including the bio-data page) and a copy of company travel order. U.S. citizens must provide a copy of their U.S. passport (including the bio-data page) and a copy of company travel order. U.S. DOD Civilians and contractors must provide a copy of their DOD ID (front and back) and a copy of company travel order.

*For Foreign Nationals, the processing time will take up to 3 weeks.
