The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the Joint Program Executive Office Armaments and Ammunition (JPEO A&A) and PD Joint Services, awarded a new sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ Contract for financial assessments and model development to support the Government Owned - Contractor Operated Army Ammunition Plant (GOCO AAP) Campaign Plan. This contract was awarded to McKinsey & Company Inc., 1200 19th Street NW STE 1100, Washington, DC 20036-2412 on March 16, 2022 in the amount of $26,030,305.00. The Contract Number is W15QKN-22-C-0038 and the original Solicitation number is W15QKN-21-R-0126. The Justification & Approval (J&A) (attached), addresses duplication costs to the Government. Authority for this procurement comes under Title 10, United States Code (U.S.C.) Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), Only One Responsible Source And No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
