Sealed bid subject for a grazing lease will be received until the time, date, and at the place indicated below, and then publicly opened. Bids will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the NOA.

Attendance is recommended at a pre-bid site visit to be held Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 10:00 am, at the Whitney Lake Office, 285 County Road 3602, Clifton, Texas 76634, for inspection of the lease area.

DESCRIPTION: Approximately 625 acres of land located within the Lofer's Bend area at Whitney Lake, Texas, with a stocking rate of 1 animal unit per 25 acres (25 animal units total).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for various tasks including:
1. **Fence Renovation/Repair**: Clear old fence lines, remove existing wooden posts, and install steel pipe posts and braces. Ensure all barbed wire is taut and properly attached.

2. **New Fence Construction**: Provide labor and materials to construct new fences according to specified dimensions using new or recleaned steel pipes.

3. **Fence Removal**: Remove existing fences as directed by the Lake Manager’s representative, ensuring proper disposal of materials.

4. **Fence Line Clearing**: Remove vegetation and debris along designated fence lines up to fifteen feet inside Government property line.

6. **Strip Plowing**: Disc strips of land for vegetative improvement or firebreaks, applying herbicides under strict regulations by a licensed applicator.

7. **Area Mowing**: Mow designated areas for vegetative improvement at specified heights while removing any debris beforehand.

8. **Mechanical Brush Control**: Clear brush mechanically for fire lanes or general land clearing while ensuring non-target trees are not harmed.
