Government Contracting Industry Day in Kuwait   2

The United States (U.S.) Air Force is hosting a Contractor Industry Forum in Kuwait on (Postponed until further notice)in the Al Jahra Hotel and Resort ballrooms. There is no cost to attend and it is open to all interested contractors! Coffee, tea, and cookies will be provided.

The goal of this event is for us to partner with local contractors and bolster interest in Government Contracting in an effort to expand our current vendor base. There will be representatives from the local U.S. Air Force Contracting Office to give tips on how to find new contracting opportunities, how to put together a successful proposal, and provide crucial must know guidance on requirements to do business with the U.S. Government. In addition to contracting, there will be representatives expected from the Finance Office, Pass & Registration, Force Protection, Civil Engineering, Legal, and Force Support Services to give a brief overview of their functions and unique needs.

This is the perfect opportunity to showcase what your company has to offer. We would love to know your companies' capabilities, the services you can provide, and how we may be able to utilize your knowledge and expertise to help each other. No gifts will be accepted, but we welcome any business cards, brochures, line cards, and company portfolios. There will be Contracting Representatives invited from offices throughout the area. We encourage you to have a display stand promoting your capabilities. Tables will be provided at no cost. Tables are limited and are first come, first serve, so please reserve yours early. Contractors will be allowed to set up their displays one hour prior to the start of the conference.

Please make your reservations at your earliest convenience. Companies will be limited to five representatives. Please provide your Company Name and Company Representatives that will be attending no later than 30 September 2012. Reservations will still be accepted after that date, pending space availability.
