GOVERNMENT COMMERCIAL CONCESSION LEASE

NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY NO. DACW63-9-25-0647 August 14, 2025

Sealed bid subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Availability, for Commercial Concession Lease listed in this notice to bidders, will be received until the time, date, and at the place indicated below, and then publicly opened.

DESCRIPTION: 115 acres of land and water at Stillhouse Hollow Lake, Texas, Bell County for the purpose of commercial concession (marina) and park operations

PROPOSAL DEADLINE: October 14, 2025, 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST)

DATE OF OPENING: October 14, 2025

LEASE TERM: To be determined based on proposal

A Pre-Lease meeting is scheduled for September 4, 2025 at 10:00 A.M., Central Standard Time (CST) at the Fort Worth District Office Real Estate Division, 819 Taylor Street, Room 4A14H, Fort Worth, Texas 76102. Site inspections may be arranged with John Thibodeaux, Lake Manager, 254-939-2461. Please call 24 hours in advance of desired time of inspection.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, is issuing a Notice of Availability for a Government Commercial Concession Lease at Stillhouse Hollow Lake in Bell County, Texas.
