Gould Southern LLC Sam Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE) has a requirement to procure, and award a firm-fixed-price contract on a limited competition basis for Gould Southern Brand Name toolkits and associated parts for Battle Damage Repair in support of the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Prototype, Manufacturing and Test Department Tool Control Program. This limited competition will be between Gould Southern, LLC, CAGE 60923, 2940 Old Norcross Road, STE 500, Duluth, GA 30096 and their authorized distributors using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures. All proposals shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions below and the attached CLIN Structure.

Additional requirements: Proposals are due by 3:00pm EST, 04 October 2023 to Jeff Chelston at jeffrey.m.chelston.civ@us.navy.mil. Please see attachment for CLIN Structure. Proposals shall meet all requirements as outlined in this posting. Proposals shall meet all requirements outlined in the CLIN structure attached. Proposals shall be valid for 60 days, have a delivery date no later than 150 days after contract award, include price, be FOB: Destination , with inspection and acceptance at destination. Hard copies of this Solicitation and Amendments will NOT be mailed to the contractors. This procurement is for Gould Southern Brand Name equipment. Only Gould Southern brand name equipment and part numbers should be provided (exact make, model, part number and/or description). This means that bids containing substitutions will be viewed as unacceptable. If you are not able to deliver the CLINs as requested, DO NOT BID. Proposals shall include proof of authorized distributor status along with proposal in order to be considered for award. The Government will accept only electronic proposals. Payment terms are Net 30.
