Background
The justification is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Enterprise services, which are proprietary to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), GCP.
The State requires these specialized capabilities to maintain its offices and bureaus' ability to effectively address their globally dispersed mission objectives.
The anticipated contract action is determined to represent the best value based on the Contracting Officer's (CO) plan to follow procedures, ensuring fair and reasonable pricing.

Work Details
The contract will encompass a range of services and capabilities provided by GCP, including:

- Speech-to-text functionality that transcribes audio in real-time with over 90% accuracy, supporting over 120 languages to streamline communications.
- Integration of data analytics, compute power, and serverless solutions to create a flexible ecosystem that meets the growing needs of the State while safeguarding its infrastructure.
