Goodfellow AFB NetApp Filer Replacement JWICS (17 TRSS)

Background
Goodfellow AFB is seeking to replace the 17th Training Support Squadron (17 TRSS) legacy JWICS Tier 2 NetApp storage appliances, which have reached End of Life (EOL) and End of Support (EOS).
The goal of this contract is to upgrade the storage equipment to current models with an included three-year warranty. This requirement is being solicited as a brand name acquisition using a total small business set-aside.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform all tasks necessary for the installation and configuration of the NetApp appliances in building 523 room 113A datacenter, including all data migration services. Specific requirements include:
- Upgrade current Tier 2 NetApp storage equipment with new models and a three-year warranty.
- Perform an inventory of equipment, stage and prepare for installation, conduct requirements and systems analysis, develop an implementation plan and schedule.
- Install and configure NetApp storage systems and associated equipment as listed in contract award documentation.
- Migrate all current data from old NetApp equipment to new, including CIFS, NFS, and other file structures.
- Provide security documentation, logical and physical drawings of installed hardware/software upon completion.
- Remove and dispose of packing materials.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized contractors with an active Top Secret Facility Clearance Letter (FCL) due to the sensitive nature of the work performed within a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). The opportunity is set aside for small businesses.
