Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Army as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, specifically for the procurement of a 4 Passenger Golf Cart.
The goal of this contract is to acquire a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) that complies with street-legal regulations and meets specific operational requirements.
This acquisition is set aside for small businesses, aligning with the agency's mission to support small business participation in government contracts.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of 1 unit of a 4 Passenger Golf Cart with the following salient characteristics:
- Compliance with street-legal regulations
- Installation of a lithium-ion battery
- Operational headlights, tail lights, brake lights, turn signal indicators, horn
- Driver and passenger side mirrors
- Backup alarm
- Minimum top speed of 25 miles per hour
- Lift kit and larger-than-standard tires.
Offers must be F.O.B. destination; offers submitted on a basis other than F.O.B. destination will be rejected as nonresponsive.
New equipment only; used or remanufactured products will not be accepted.

Period of Performance
Preferred delivery time is within 30 days from the date of order.
