Offutt AFB needs a total of 96 golf carts

The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), NE, is seeking sources that can provide all personnel, supervision, and other items to provide rental Golf Carts (as annotated below) for the 2024 Offutt AFB Air Show. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this SOW.

Due to a large influx of equipment being shipped to base on the 22nd of August, delivery of the golf carts needs to be split between the 22nd and 23rd of August. A total of 56 carts are required on the 22nd and a total of 41 carts are required the next day (see SOW for a breakout of the required golf carts.

Background
The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), NE, is seeking sources that can provide all personnel, supervision, and other items to provide rental Golf Carts for the 2024 Offutt AFB Air Show. Offutt Air Force Base will host an Air Show and Open House from 24-25 August 2024.

Work Details
Offutt Air Force Base requires the support for Golf Carts for the Air Show and Open House. The required golf carts include 2 passenger, 4 passenger, 6 passenger, and utility vehicles with bed. The carts must be electric powered and charged, ready for use upon arrival. Specific delivery and pick-up times and dates are provided for each type of cart. Additionally, the contractor is required to supply all charger requirements compatible with the power outlets required for the fleet of carts.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from Thursday, 22 August 2024 to Monday, 25 August 2024.
