The Purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to Conduct Market Researc. Please see the attachment.

Background
In 2024, USSOCOM awarded a 5-year IDIQ for the Ground Organic Loitering Aerial Munition (GOLAM) II / HERO 120 to Mistral, Inc. Due to developing requirements, USSOCOM is seeking GOLAM II / HERO 120 that can launch from various platforms including land vehicles, watercrafts, and aircraft.

The goal is to find sources who can provide these loitering munitions for SOF units engaged in detection and risk assessment during combat operations.

Work Details
The vendor must provide GOLAM II / HERO 120 systems that meet the following technical requirements:
1. **Meet GOLAM II Original Requirements**: The system must be a lightweight, crew-serviceable munition capable of high angle attacks (above 60 degrees). It should feature a separable forward payload section for safe handling and storage of explosive materials separately from the air vehicle.
2. **Integration with Mistral’s HERO 120**: The vendor must have permission, data rights, and/or authorization to modify the HERO 120 for integration with various capabilities and conduct Engineering Change Proposals without degrading performance.
3. **Must Launch from Various Platforms**: The HERO 120 must be man-portable and capable of launching from land vehicles, watercrafts, and aircraft in diverse environments where SOF Operators operate.
