Description

Contractor will supply all materials, labor, supervision, and other incidentals needed to complete: the interior demolition (including asbestos abatement), window removal, and installation of sheathing at the Ripton barracks; and optionally, the removal of the vault toilet building, removal of the concrete pad and tank, installation of framing and siding, and backfilling the hole (from the removed building/tank) at the blacksmith shop in Windsor County.
Background
The solicitation is for the supply of all materials, labor, supervision, and other incidentals needed to complete interior demolition (including asbestos abatement), window removal, and installation of sheathing at the Ripton barracks. Optionally, it also includes the removal of the vault toilet building, removal of the concrete pad and tank, installation of framing and siding, and backfilling the hole at the blacksmith shop in Windsor County.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, supervision, and other incidentals necessary to complete the demolition work. The estimated magnitude of construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications referenced in Section J.

The period of performance for this contract is from 07/01/2024 to 09/30/2024.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at 13 Silver Towers Road, Ripton Vt 05766.
