The Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) provides GSA MAS Schedule Holders with Request for Quotation 1120236. The Government intends to make one award that will be a firm fixed price Delivery Order. Please see the attached documents for more details and additional provisions/clauses. Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Submission of a quote constitutes affirmation of your ability to delivery supplies to the required location. The terms and conditions of the contractor's GSA schedule contract are hereby incorporated into this subject RFQ. Late quotes after the established deadline may be considered only if it is in the government's best interest and if it will not unduly delay award.
