Description

The General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital (GLWACH), Fort Leonard Wood, MO (FLW) requires onsite paper shredding and removal services for the main hospital and satellite points of presence. The objective of this contract is to deliver paper catch bins with proper locking devices to all facilities within the scope of this requirement. The bins shall be emptied biweekly and shred onsite in accordance with HIPAA regulations. The contractor shall shred all documents ON SITE and will not transport the documents to another location for shredding purposes. Certificates of destruction of each service will be supplied noting quantity of material shred, and other pertinent markings, to the COR at each service visit. Bins will be removed from all locations at one visit upon completion of contracted service.
