GLOVE, NUCLEAR, BIOLOGICAL, CHEMICAL - JB2GU nFR

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support and the Joint Project Manager for Protection (JPM-P) office are seeking interested parties to become an approved manufacturer for the Joint Services Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology (JSLIST) Block 2 Glove Upgrade (JB2GU) Glove. The JB2GU requires consistently high standards of manufacturing quality and approval of sources to establish eligibility for the upcoming award and future awards. Currently, there is only one approved source for the manufacture of the JB2GU: Airboss Defense.

Work Details
The resultant contract will consist of three price tiers, each tier consisting of twelve months. Tier one will have a performance period from the date of award through 365 days thereafter, tier two will have a performance period immediately following tier one through 365 days thereafter, and tier three will have a performance period immediately following tier two through 365 days thereafter. The contract will contain three tiers with the following quantities: Total 3 price tiers Minimum: 45,000; Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) for each of the tiers: 180,000; Total 3 price tiers Maximum: 810,000. The solicitation will be evaluated under Best Value Trade Off Source Selection Procedures with the following evaluation factors: Past Performance Confidence Assessment and Small Business Participation.

Period of Performance
The contract will consist of three price tiers, each with a performance period of twelve months.
