THE NAVAL SUPPLY SYSTEMS COMMAND (NAVSUP) FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER (FLC) NORFOLK CONTRACTING DEPARTMENT, NORFOLK, VA 23511-3392, INTENDS TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE, FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT TO GLOBALSIM, INC. FOR CRANE SIMULATOR WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF NAVY EXPEDITIONARY LOGISTICS SUPPORT GROUP (NAVELSG). THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE CONDUCTED USING THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OF FAR PART 12 AND FAR SUBPART 13.5, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE.

Background
The Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG) is an Echelon IV command in the United States Navy reporting to the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC). NAVELSG provides expeditionary logistics capabilities to support the warfighter and national military strategy, including logistics support during emergent task force missions and humanitarian assistance operations.

This contract is intended for maintenance and support services for two GlobalSim, Inc. crane simulators recently installed as part of NAVELSG's 110T Crane Program.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. A standard Premium Level Maintenance Agreement for two existing GlobalSim, Inc. crane simulators.
2. An operating system upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 for the simulators by an agreed date.
3. Quarterly security updates for the simulators.
4. A complete written report of all services provided, including software updates and maintenance conducted, submitted electronically to NAVELSG's Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and N7 Department Head.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of performance of one year starting no later than September 30, 2025, with four additional option periods of one year each.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at NAVELSG located in Williamsburg, VA.
