Proposal evaluation updates have been provided to offerors who submitted timely proposals.

If you are a vendor who did not submit a timely proposal, or any other interested party conducting research, please do not reach out for status updates. The Government is communicating only with offerors who provided proposals.

We appreciate the understanding.

The Government is still in the evaluation phase for GLOBALCAP.

To the offeror(s) who have submitted proposal(s), please do not contact DOS requesting status updates.

The Government anticipates Offeror(s) will receive a formal status update on their proposal in the coming months.

Thank you to the offeror(s) who have shown interest and submitted proposal(s) for GLOBALCAP.

To the offeror(s) who have submitted proposal(s), please do not contact DOS requesting status updates. Please be patient as we evaluate by assuming the evaluations will take several months. The Government will be in contact as updates become available.

To offeror(s) who did not submit proposal(s), this RFP is now closed. Please do not contract DOS requesting an extension or a re-opening of the RFP.

Amendment 7 does the following:

1. Makes two clarifications to the RFP. See the RFP document for specific updates. Changes are in red font.
2. Extend the due date for offerors to respond to this solicitation. The new due date/time is December 14th, 2023, 12:00 MT.

Update 9/22/23 --

An update to GLOBALCAP is as follows: Currently, the Government is working the answers to the questions. There were over 800 questions received. The goal (tentatively) is to have the answers, as well as the amended RFP posted to sam.gov the week of 2 October or the week of 9 October. At that time, it is anticipated that we will provide an additional short extension to the due date for offerors to respond to this solicitation.

Update 9/5/23 --

Amendment 1 -- The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the due date for offerors to respond to this solicitation. The new due date/time is November, 21st, 2023, 12:00 MT.
