Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), National Spinal Cord Injuries/Dysfunction (SCI/D) National Program Office aims to provide specialized care for geographically dispersed SCI/D Veterans through a system of VA Medical Center (VAMC) Hubs and Spokes. The setup presents challenges due to great geographic distances between sites and complications related to traveling outside the home for SCI/D Veterans.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solution to meet operational goals. The solution should comply with Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Standards. The Contractor is required to provide software maintenance and technical support, including periodic updates, enhancements, corrections, and reasonable technical support. The Contractor must ensure that all personnel complete VA security awareness training on an annual basis and provide access to the Contractor's and subcontractors' facilities, installations, operations, documentation, databases, and personnel used in performance of the contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2027. Performance is authorized under any order issued against this Requirements Contract for up to 12 months after the end of the last ordering period.
