The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), General Supplies and Services (GSS) Portfolio, Office of Supply Chain Management (SCM), requires Global Supply OCONUS Logistics Operations Solutions Support in the Indo-Pacific Command's (INDO-PACOM) Hawaii Area of Responsibility (AOR). The intent is to implement a global supply chain solution that supports Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) consumers with commercial items such as office supplies, tools and hardware, housewares, and cleaning products. The contractor shall source, warehouse, and deliver commodities within 3 business
days after receipt of order in Hawaii.

The contract supports DoD and Federal civilian agencies operating in Hawaii. All resources, including warehouse/s or warehouse space/s, shall be exclusively dedicated to this requirement.

Background
The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), General Supplies and Services (GSS) Portfolio, Office of Supply Chain Management (SCM), requires Global Supply OCONUS Logistics Operations Solutions Support in the Indo-Pacific Command’s (INDO-PACOM) Hawaii Area of Responsibility (AOR).

The goal of this contract is to implement a global supply chain solution that supports Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) consumers with commercial items such as office supplies, tools and hardware, housewares, and cleaning products. This contract is intended to provide a total global supply solution for Federal and DoD customers in the INDO-PACOM Hawaii AOR.

Work Details
The contractor shall be responsible for sourcing, stocking, warehousing National Stock Number (NSN) items, and delivering them within 3 business days after receipt of order in Hawaii.

The contractor must maintain the capability to scale operations to meet surge and contingency requirements in support of mission-critical operations. The contractor shall provide a comprehensive supply chain solution that includes sourcing, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and delivery of commodities specified in each Delivery Order (DO). All resources, including warehouse space, shall be exclusively dedicated to this requirement. The contractor must ensure compliance with domestic sourcing restrictions and procure mandatory sources as outlined in the contract.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ’s Period of Performance consists of a one-year base period and six one-year option periods for a total of up to seven years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed within the Hawaii Area of Responsibility (AOR), with deliveries directed to various DoD and Federal civilian agencies located throughout Hawaii.
