Attached please find the U.S. Department of State's official Request for Proposals for the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Countermeasures Directorate, Global Security Engineering & Supply Chain (GSE&SC) acquisition.

As stated in the attached RFP, RFP questions are due January 3, 2018 and Phase I Proposals (Past Performance) are due January 18, 2018.

The anticipated timeline for this acquisition is as follows. This timeline is not binding on the Government and is subject to change, but is provided in an effort to maximize transparency to facilitate planning on the part of prospective Offerors.

PHASE I PROPOSALS (PAST PERFORMANCE) DUE: Jan 18, 2018
FIRST COMPETITIVE RANGE DETERMINATION: approx. Feb 2018
DUE DILIGENCE SESSIONS: approx. Feb 2018
PHASE II PROPOSALS (TECHNICAL AND COST/PRICE) DUE: approx. Mar 2018
SECOND COMPETITIVE RANGE DETERMINATION: approx. Apr 2018
SITE VISIT TO FRANKFURT, GERMANY: approx. early May 2018
DISCUSSIONS HELD: approx. May 2018
FINAL PROPOSAL REVISIONS DUE: approx. late May 2018
CONTRACT AWARD: approx. early Jul 2018
