Synopsis Narrative:

This notice is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 for the award of Contract W52P1J-25-D-0034. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations and a solicitation will not be issued for this requirement.

The Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI) awards Contract W52P1J-25-D-0034 to Patriot Group International, Inc. (hereafter referred to as PGI) for the performance of Global Protective Services (GPS). GPS provides guard and protective security services, i.e. fixed security requirements, perimeter and lower tower security, roving patrols, mobile security requirements, convoy escort, contractor working dogs (explosive detection dogs (EDD), drug detection dogs (DDD), and multi-purpose canines (MPC)), and protective services in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) and other agencies as required in accordance with 10 U.S. Code Section 2465.

Contract W52P1J-25-D-0034 is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity contract. The Government will conduct task order competitions based on the required missions and period of performance in accordance Attachment 0002, Ordering Guide, of Contract W52P1J-25-D-0034.

The period of performance for this contract is one five-year base ordering period followed by one five-year optional ordering period. The ordering period PoPs are as follows:

Ordering Period One: 12 June 2025 11 June 2030

Optional Ordering Period: 12 June 2030 11 June 2035

A sources sought announcement was posted to www.sam.gov on 17 November 2023 for a capabilities statement. A total of seven requests for information were posted to www.sam.gov from November 2023 through November 2024. A draft Solicitation was posted to www.sam.gov on 23 November 2024. A synopsis for this solicitation was posted to www.sam.gov on 16 October 2024. The Solicitation W52P1J-24-R-0011 was posted on www.sam.gov on 28 February 2025.
