GLOBAL MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT (GMAC) FOR HUSBANDING SERVICES – ROLLING ADMISSIONS   2

Background
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Sigonella is seeking additional husbanding service provider (HSP) contractors to provide husbanding support services for the Combatant Commanders within the United States Africa Command (AFRICOM), United States European Command (EUCOM), United States Central Command (CENTCOM), Americas, East and West Coast, and United States Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM). The solicitation will be released through full and open competition.

Work Details
The solicitation will involve the release of a Rolling Admissions Request for Proposal (RFP) during the second quarter of fiscal year 2022. The competition aims to award additional GMAC IDIQ HSP Contracts, allowing new HSP Contractors to join existing GMAC IDIQ HSP Contracts holders to compete for future task order awards for husbanding services throughout different AORs. Proposal submission and evaluation criteria for the Rolling Admissions RFP will be similar if not identical to the original solicitation (N68171-20-R-0001). Interested offerors should monitor the page for the release of the solicitation, and any applicable amendments.

Period of Performance
The tentative schedule includes the release of Rolling Admissions RFP in Q2 FY22, closing of Rolling Admissions RFP in Q3 FY22, award of GMAC IDIQ HSP Contracts in Q3 FY22, and an effective date of GMAC IDIQ HSP Contracts in Q3 FY22. These dates are based on the current plan and may change based on circumstances.
