Global Hawk Contractor Logistics Support and Services CLS VI   2

This requirement is for the Enhanced Integrated Sensor Suite (EISS) Interim Contractor Support (ICS) for the USAF Global Hawk RQ-4 Contractor Logistics Support (CLS VI) in support of program management, sustaining engineering, weapon system integrity program, and product improvement technical solutions. The contractor for the EISS is Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems (RTN SAS), Cage Code: 4U884

Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Cost Reimbursement No Fee are anticipated pricing arrangements.

Period of Performance: One (1) year Basic and four (4) one year options. Basic Year: 28 Dec 2020 -27 Dec 2021, Option I: 28 Dec 2021- 27 Dec 2022; Option II: 28 Dec 2022- 27 Dec 2023; Option III:28 Dec 2023- 27 Dec 2024; Option IV: 28 Dec 2024- 27 Dec 2025

Place of Performance: CONUS and OCONUS

It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be released on or around 17 Feb 2020 with a response date on or around 16 May 2020. The RFP is being issued on a sole source basis to Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems (RTN SAS), Cage Code: 4U884, in accordance with authority 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
