Background
The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses capable of providing Global Exchange Service (GEX) to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) (OUSD(C)).

This initiative is part of a broader effort to streamline and enhance financial management processes within the Department of Defense (DoD), aiming to deliver accurate, timely, and efficient financial information to decision-makers and achieve a mandated unmodified audit opinion.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing program management to integrate, coordinate, and manage activities necessary for delivering GEX services. Key tasks include:
- Developing and maintaining a Project Task Plan for the Base Year and Option Years 1 and 2.
- Delivering Logical Maps, Test Plans, and Testing Results as required.
- Ensuring all deliverables are timely, high quality, in the required format, and reflect a high degree of professional expertise with minimal errors.
- Conducting evaluations that may involve access to proprietary or source selection information, necessitating adherence to organizational conflict of interest restrictions.
- Contractor personnel must identify themselves as contractors in public settings and ensure all documents produced are marked appropriately.
- Travel may be required within the Continental United States (CONUS) for meetings, conferences, and training, with expenses authorized under Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed within the National Capital Region (NCR) and may include travel to other locations as necessary.
