This solicitation is for the Global Contingency Services Multiple Award Contract to provide incidental construction and short-term contingency facility support services in support of natural disasters, humanitarian efforts, the full range of military actions and will also represent a temporary solution to interruptions in other long-term services contracts for similar services (e.g., incumbent contractor?s nonperformance, default, or bankruptcy) or potential breaks in service between awards of successive contracts (e.g., for a protest or while a long-term contract is being developed).
Background
This is a follow-on acquisition for services that are currently being satisfied under the Global Contingency Services Multiple Award Contracts II (GCSMAC II), N62742-16-D-3551/3552/3553/3554/3555. This is an unrestricted, full and open competition procurement.
