The Government's requirements are for the procurement of Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) Support Services on Camp Foster in Okinawa, Japan in support of III Marine Expeditionary Force (III MEF). III Marine Expeditionary Force requires on-site support in the realm of oracle based system knowledge. These support services are critical to the technical support of III MEF operations and communications including collaboration/command and control, readiness tracking, and user access within the GCSS-MC system.

All and any communications/questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in the format provided in Attachment 2 to the Point of Contact below, no later than 15 July 2020 by 15:00 Japanese Standard Time (JST). If an offeror believes that the requirements in these instructions contain an error, omission, or are otherwise unsound, the offeror shall immediately notify the Contract Specialist in writing with supporting rationale.
