The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Glenn Research Center (GRC) is issuing a Draft Request for Proposals (DRFP) for Janitorial Services. This requirement is a follow on to the Janitorial Services contract, NNC14CA11C, with Creative Management Technology, INC. The types of services include but aren't limited to: all services and resources necessary and incidental to the performance of janitorial services. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, on-site management and overall administration, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and vehicles necessary to perform all tasks.

Enclosed is the DRAFT Request for Proposals (DRFP), including DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW), for the subject procurement. Please note that all documents, including attachments, are draft documents and subject to change prior to release of the final RFP. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561720, Janitorial Services, with a Size Standard of $18M. This acquisition will be processed utilizing Total Small Business Set-Aside for Small Businesses (SB).

The resulting contract will be for twenty-four (24) month base period and three (3) twelve (12) month option periods. A complete DRFP package will be available by downloading the documents at the FEDBIZOPPS at http://fedbizopps.gov. Potential Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at http://fedbizopps.gov; this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations and/or amendments. It is the Offerors responsibility to monitor http://fedbizopps.gov for the release of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments.

Be advised that NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) is hosting an Industry Day for the Janitorial Services procurement. A date along with a Registration form for the Industry Day will be posted.
