Glenn Multiple Award Construction Contract-2 (GMACC-2)

General construction tasks will include efforts from the following areas: architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and controls, demolition and design build. The Government anticipates award of ten (10) Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contracts. Task orders will be issued for discrete work efforts. The Government anticipates making two (2) awards in each of the following categories: small business, HUBZone, 8(A), Service Disabled Veteran Owned, and Woman Owned. The 8(A) awards will be restricted to those serviced by the Cleveland SBA District.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Contractors) with Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 million in a three-year average annual receipts for determining whether or not a business is small.

The information submitted in response to this source sought notice shall include the plan, capabilities, qualifications, and any recent experience similar in nature to the aforementioned activities. Interested parties shall submit a capability statement, indicating the ability to perform all aspects of the effort described herein. Responses shall be limited to no more than 10 pages. These pages shall consist of the following:

1. GENERAL INFORMATION: A cover page which briefly describes your company and the types of services performed. This cover page must also include: the names, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers for any points of contacts (POCs), the company's address, CAGE Code/DUNS number, and the type of business demographic that applies (i.e. small business, large business, women-owned).

2. PAST PERFORMANCE: The Offeror shall also provide contract information on similar contracts over the past three (3) years. This information shall include: the name of customer/agency, types of services provided, type of contract, and total contract value. Whether the contract was a prime or subcontract. If subcontract, please provide details regarding prime contract and your company's role in supporting the prime contractor.

3. CAPABILITIES: Information describing your company's capabilities to meet the requirements stated above. It is preferred that responses be submitted via email by COB February 14, 2019 to:

Period of Performance: A two (2) year base period with one (1) three (3) year option is contemplated. The contract is expected to begin on October 1, 2019 and end on September 30, 2024.
