GLAC: Annual Elevator Inspection/Maintenance/Repai

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the annual inspection, maintenance, and repair of two elevators located at Glacier National Park (GLAC). The goal of this contract is to ensure the continuous and safe operation of these elevators, which are essential for accessibility within the park. This contract is a firm fixed price agreement.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the two elevators at GLAC. The services include: yearly inspections; as-needed maintenance and repairs; compliance with Montana state statutes, Elevator Safety Act, ASME A17.1 standards; and adherence to OSHA regulations.

Excluded services include alterations or modernizations, vandalism repairs, cosmetic work on elevator interiors or exteriors, and routine cleaning. The Contractor must report any additional work required that falls outside the scope of the contract to the Government's Representative.

Period of Performance
The contract period will span from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031. This includes a base year followed by four option years.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at Glacier National Park in Montana.
