Description

This is an award notice and not a solicitation.

This notice makes available the Justification and Approval for limiting sources in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 Limiting Sources.

The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), National Capital Region (NCR), Contracting Office Division (COD), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae) awarded a Sole Source, Firm Fixed-Price Task Order to Ampcus, Inc.; to provide continued IT Systems Analysis Support Services.

The authority under which this Limited Sources Justification is made is pursuant to FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B).:

Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.

The approved Limited Source Justification is provided with this notice.
