Ginnie Mae requires a Contractor to support the Agency's work to operate, maintain, configure, enhance, and customize its Enterprise ServiceNow Platform to support key business processes and internal and external business and end user communities. Ginnie Mae requires ServiceNow Platform management services, operations and maintenance services, security services, configuration management and implementation services, and custom development services.
