Gillem Environmental Compliance and NEPA, CRM, GIS Support Gillem/Eisenhower

Background
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform environmental compliance technical support as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive program support for tasks related to environmental compliance initiatives at Fort Eisenhower and Gillem Enclave. This includes providing Geographic Information System (GIS) plan and data maintenance, analysis and creation assistance; Integrated Cultural Resources Management plan (ICRMP) and program implementation assistance; National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) implementation assistance; Gillem Enclave Environmental Program Compliance Support and permit implementation assistance; Clean Water Act Program Support and permit implementation assistance; and Environmental Awareness Training to and in support of the Fort Eisenhower DPW Environmental Division Compliance Branch.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at building 14600 Fort Eisenhower or Building 714 Gillem Enclave.
